After recording the vitals, the nurse connects the patient with a qualified doctor through our secure digital platform.
The doctor conducts a virtual consultation, offering expert diagnosis and personalized medical advice.
If medication is prescribed, a pharmacist connects with the patient to explain the prescription and answer any questions.
This ensures clarity and adherence to the treatment plan.
A detailed digital prescription is sent directly to the patient’s mobile phone.
Patients can use the prescription to procure medications from nearby pharmacies or through our partnered services.
